An order placed through the Site is an offer to purchase. The order is only accepted when we send you an order confirmation. Payment must be made in full at the time of order, using one of the payment methods we offer. All payments are processed by our third-party payment provider; we do not store your full card details.
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and ownership of the goods transfer to you when the goods are delivered to the address you provide. If goods arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days so we can assist.
We accept returns of unused goods in their original packaging within the period stated on the product page, subject to our returns policy. Custom-cut, special-order, and clearance items are non-returnable unless faulty. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we have received and inspected the returned goods.
